Once you book your appointment online, we'll send you a welcome email with your intake forms to fill out before your visit—it only takes a few minutes.

At your first appointment, Dr. Fox will take time to listen to your concerns and goals, do a thorough exam. and create a personalized plan. If no x-rays are needed and you're a good fit for care, we can begin treatment that same day.

Everything you need to know before your first visit

What should I expect on my first visit?

Before your visit, we’ll email you a quick new patient form to fill out. At your appointment, you’ll meet with Dr. Fox to talk through your health concerns and goals.

If you're a good fit for care, we’ll do a full exam—and if no imaging is needed, you’ll get your first adjustment that day. If x-rays are recommended, we’ll refer you to a trusted local imaging center and bring you back in to review the results and get started.

How long does the first visit last?

Your first visit will take about approximately 30-40 minutes. The follow up recommendations visit is similar in length. After that, most visits are quick and convenient—usually around 10 minutes.

How many adjustments will I need?

It really depends on your unique condition, how severe it is, and what your health goals are. After sitting down with Dr. Fox and going through a full exam, Dr. Fox he'll put together a care plan that's tailored to you. It’ll lay out how often you should come in and for how long—so you can get the results you’re looking for.

Do you take x-rays?

If x-rays are needed, we’ll refer you to a trusted local imaging center we work closely with. They provide high-quality imaging and fast turnaround times. Once your x-rays are done, we’ll review the results together and make sure your care plan fits your needs perfectly.
